All of them. Rebooting doesn't solve the problem either. If i download a new app from the app store then the problem goes away for a couple days. It's become very frustrating.
Yikes! I haven't had that experience with my iPhone, and it's even jailbroken. Perhaps it's time to do a clean restore and reinstall (not from backup) your key apps to make sure they work first, then add the "non-essentials" after you have your iPhone working properly again.
A lot of people like to harp on that whole "it just works" phrase when something goes wrong with their Mac stuff. :P Of course Apple products aren't magic; they just often work a lot better than their Windows counterparts because of the OS's heritage (UNIX).
But anyway, the iPhone is no magic smartphone. The hubby is away on business and he was having problems when he called me earlier around lunchtime because the iPhone does not do well when the network coverage is bad. Luckily he has a Nokia E71 for his work phone that worked better under the circumstances. Despite the few phone-related issues we've had with our iPhones, we still like them a lot. :)

Try rebooting. Which apps are giving you problems?

Ugh, I thought apple products were supposed to just work. I've always been a PC guy. Thanks @jezlyn !

Good point. It's still the single most amazing electronic device I have ever owned.
