Agreed. In addition they are not too pushy on the phone for adding services and trying to upsell adn I like that a lot. Courteous and helpful makes for great business practice. -

I do so love my D80. Have him send you a recent raw file. Then check the number of shutter releases located in the exif data of the file. The D80 is rated for something like 150,000 shutter releases. -
